? 3年以上Android开发经验；
? 有作为核心工程师完整开发过Android应用或平台的经验优先；
? 了解Android开发平台的框架原理，了解Android软件架构，熟练使用Android SDK，NDK, JNI等进行开发；
? 扎实的Java语言基础，熟悉数据结构和算法，有很强的编码能力；
具有社交软件、即时通讯软件开发背景者优先；
? 善与人沟通、责任心强、具有团队合作精神；
? 加分项：有过Java后台开发经验，熟悉Spring框架优先
1.2 （Senior） IOS Developer若干
? 有2年以上iOS开发经验，熟悉iOS平台的开发特点；
? 有独立负责过iOS项目开发的经验优先；
? 熟悉objective-C程序，具备主流开源组件使用经验；
? 熟练掌握iOS下的多线程、网络、内存管理、UI开发； 、
? 具有社交软件、即时通讯软件开发背景者优先
