职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Implement the CSA Group HS&E policy and plant’s safety management system and procedures, and carry out safety work under the leadership of the safety management team.

2. Resource the facility in fostering an integrated HSE management structure and total safety culture, setting clear line responsibility for HSE management and Zero Incident culture

3. HS&E management system and ISO 14001 system, including 6S management.

4. Liaise with legal authorities and keep abreast of EHS legislative developments

5. Conduct HS&E introduction and training to new starters to the project, including CS employees and contractors' workers so that they are acquainted with safety requirements, and procedures.

6. To prepare special safety training program for all employees, including new employees and contract or temporary employees.

7. Monitor CS employees and subcontractor compliance with applicable HS&E requirements.

8. Maintain site audit & inspection program, ensure audit findings identified and closed within business time frame.

9. Manage Injury & Illness cases, introduce and monitor programs for reduction of injury rate.

10. Facilitate in the investigation of EHS incidents, identify corrective and preventive actions and verify their completion.

11. Management of security guarding and entry/out control.

12. Management of Health Safety & Environment files.

13. Complete other work assigned.


Main Requirements:

1. Educational background: University graduate with Safety Engineering or related;

2. Related knowledge: Enough knowledge of HS&E management system and local HS&E legislation;

3. Experience: 5 years relevant work experience;

4. Proficiency in computer office software.

5. A certain degree of organization and coordination skills; interpersonal and communication skills；Strong leadership skill.
