Job Description
'- Support at supplier pre-selection.
- Supplier follow up (APQP/QPN)to reach product release according TKT-P standards
- Supplier process improvements follow up
- Product specific know how continuous improvement
- Assure customer specifications at the supplier
- Ensure the Quality, Timing and Cost targets

Responsibilities

1. Support for purchasing conference preparation
2. Supplier quality/technical support from nomination until serial production
3. Interface between Technical development, quality, purchasing and the supplier
4. Lead of APQP/QPN planing at the supplier
5. Ensure the product maturity level at the supplier
6. Lead of part submission warranty (PPAP,EMPB) and supplier process readiness audit
7. Analyze the quality issues at the component during development phase and action plan follow up. (Nomination until serial release)
8. Assure supplier lessons learned implementation
9. PFMEA participation at the supplier
10.Support to the Plant SQE's in case of high risk/escalated topics
11.Support project leader from nomination of components until serial release

Qualification

1. University degree
2. At least 3 years of experience in supplier quality assistance in related commodity
3. One or two project leading experience preferred
4. At least 2 years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company
5. Technical skills (tube, tubes forming/welding, cold forging), expected in Automotive
6. Advanced skills in Statistics, quality control tools (QFD, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA), product liability and related national regulation and rules (quality law), QMS & EMS procedures
7. Good with technical skills and deep knowledge and experience as product specialist for electronics, electronics parts production and testing
8. Basic knowledge of project management, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, CD documents and process.
9. Good at English
10. Good at related office software (word, excel, powerpoint)

Methods & process related skills, qualification

Technical skills in die-casting, machining and forging parts
Experience in control and testing for the commodities mentioned above
Statistics skills
Understanding of project management
Experience at Quality Control Tools（QFD, SPC, FMEA, APQP,PPAP,MSA)
Product liability,related National regulations and rules, such as Quality Law
Understanding of ISO/TS 16949 & ISO 14001 standard & related experience
Related QMS & EMS procedures

Presta Shanghai was registered on May 31st, 2011 with total investment of 33 million Euros. As Asia Pacific headquarter of ThyssenKrupp Presta Steering System, ThyssenKrupp Presta (Shanghai) is responsible for management of Presta business in Asia Pacific area. ThyssenKrupp Presta Fawer (Changchun) Co., Ltd. (TK-PFC) is a joint venture company founded on October 11th, 2003 in Changchun. It is invested by ThyssenKrupp Presta and Steering Factory of Fawer Automotive Parts Company Ltd with 60% to 40% investment share. The Company mainly engages in product development, manufacturing and marketing of steering columns in China.
Main customers are FAW-VW, FAW Truck, FAW Car, Tianjing-Xiali, Beijing-Benz Daimler, Renault Samsung Motors, Great Wall Motor, and Beijing Automotive etc. The annual production capacity is 2.4 million pieces currently.
