职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
- To emplace the facilities in systems/manual reports (both internal and external) after receiving instruction from legal documentation team;
- To check and ensure all drawdown conditions are compiled prior to each drawdown;
- To check and ensure all transactional documents are ready prior to each drawdown/rollver;
- To handle daily loan operation business, including loan drawdown/disbursement, rollover/repricing, repayment/prepayment, etc.;
- To update all relevant systems/registers(both internal and external) after daily operation;
- To liaise with customer whenever needed;
- To prepare relevant notices to be sent to customers;
- To handle month end closing and all regular/adhoc reports (both internal and external);
- To assist on NPL related calculation, including but not limited to loan grading update, default interest calculation, etc.;
- To be involved in loan related projects; and
- To attend to other tasks as may be assigned by CAD Head from time to time.

Requirement:
- At least 6 years’ foreign bank experience in Credit Admin/Loan Admin/Loan Reporting, excellent excel skill is preferred;
- Having sound knowledge of loan operation process as well as regulatory reporting requirements;
- Excellent communication skills by using English, both written and spoken;
