岗位目标及工作权限Job targets & decision making:
1、负责生产线的日常运作，满足产品品质、交期、成本的要求 (reaponsible for production daily funtion, fullfill quality,delivert time and cost requirements)
2、执行主生产计划和任务，安排和控制生产作业进度；(carry out production plan, arrange and control the production schedule)
3、具有精益生产理念，领导生产线持续改善 (has the refine production concepts, improve the production line continually)
4、具有良好的品质意识，能对生产中的品质问题进行分析和改善；(has sense of good quality,analyze and solve problems during production)
5、 建立和完善生产相关运作体系 (set up amd improve production related systems)

主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities:
1．车间员工管理：(workshop worker management)
1.1、组织制订、修订所管辖职责范围内的相关规章制度和作业标准，经批准后监督执行。
(organize to set up the responsible areas related rules and operation standards, carry it our after permission)
1.2、协助培训计划的制定和实施，确保团队成员具有专业技能
assist to make and carry through the training plans,ensure that team member to possess the professional skills required
1.3、根据生产计划，制定人员需求 (settle down personnel requirements according to production plan)
1.4、组织实施班组团队建设，提高团队凝聚力 (organize team building to strengthen team spirit
1.5、根据公司纪律条款和5S要求，考核员工的执行情况，实施奖惩，确保制度得到落实)
(assess the worker performance according to PS rules and 5S reqiurements,and carry out rewards and punishment, to make sure the rule implement)
2．安全生产管理：(Production safety management)
2.1、负责落实企业各项生产安全制度，开展经常性安全检查；(carry out all the safety instruction of PS and regular safety check )
2.2、定期组织安全生产教育培训，指导员工安全作业；(organize regular productionsafety training, advise safe operation to staff)
2.3、及时报告安全隐患，并组织改进 (report saety concerns in time and solce it )
3．过程质量管理：(Process quality management)
3.1、组织班组SQDC会议，跟踪SQDC中的未完成项；(organize team SQDC meetings, track the status of open tasks in SQDC)
3.2、监控生产过程质量，对违规操作提出警告并指正；(monitor the production progress quality, give warning and advise on violation operation)
3.3、生产异常时的及时处理、报告、沟通，并配合分析；(handle, report and analyze the abnormal incident)
3.4、参与产品质量问题的分析，制定并实施纠正和预防措施；(participate the product quality problem analysis, establish and carry out the improvement and preventing measures)
3.5、监督检查生产过程中的自检和互检，防止不合格品流入下道工序。(Monitor the self- and mutual examine to avoid the defective products delivered to next step)
3.6、协助关闭公司内外部各种审核产生的不符合项 (assist to close the non conform item in internal and external auditing)
4．生产交付管理 (Production hand over management)
4.1、执行主生产计划，安排和控制生产作业进度 (carry out the main production plan,arrange and control the production schedule)
4.2、合理调配人员和设备，依据精益生产理念，提高生产效率。(make resonable personnel and equipment allocation,improve the production efficiency according to refine production concept)
4.3、交付异常时的沟通和报告 (hand over communication and repert about abnormal situations)
5．生产成本管理：(Production cost management)
5.1、监控班组各项指标，并实施完成；(monitor and carry through all team targets)
5.2、统计分析车间的成本消耗，制定可操作性成本控制措施 (caculate and analyze workshop cost, make workabke cost control measures)
5.3、控制班组成本中心费用，避免不必要的加班 (control cost center, avoid unnecessary overtime)
5.4、执行PPLS在班组推进的项目 (carry out PPLS projects in team)
6．其他工作：(other tasks)
6.1、负责协调与其他相关部门的关系；(coordination with other departments)
6.2、及时与上级领导和其他部门沟通，解决生产过程发生的突发事件；(communication with supervisor and other department to solve unexpected incident and problems during production)
6.3、完成领导交办的其他任务。(other assignments from supervisor)

ThyssenKrupp Presta (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (TK-PS) is 100% TK Presta Steering owned Company in China. It is located at Pudong Kangqiao Industrial Park with size of 40'000 square meter. Presta Shanghai was registered on May 31st, 2011 with total investment of 33 million Euros. As Asia Pacific headquarter of ThyssenKrupp Presta Steering System, ThyssenKrupp Presta (Shanghai) is responsible for management of Presta business in Asia Pacific area. Meanwhile, it is an integrated part of global sourcing activities.

Product portfolio of Presta Shanghai covers cold forging parts, I-shaft, EPAS system and Suspension product. ThyssenKrupp Presta HuiZhong Shanghai Co., Ltd. (TK-PHS) is the joint venture of ThyssenKrupp Presta and Shanghai HuiZhong Automotive Manufacturing Co., Ltd. founded on November 13th, 2000 in Shanghai with the capability of first-class product design, process and quality management, as well as great personnel, financial and material resources.
Main customers are Shanghai-VW, FAW-VW, Ford Automotive, Mazda Japan, DPCA, SGM, BBAC, Nissan, BYD, SAIC, DFL, ZNA, Volvo and Shanghai HuiZhong Automotive with 2 million steering columns sales volume in 2011. TK-PHS is one of the largest steering column manufacturers in China with good reputation. ThyssenKrupp Presta Fawer (Changchun) Co., Ltd. (TK-PFC) is a joint venture company founded on October 11th, 2003 in Changchun. It is invested by ThyssenKrupp Presta and Steering Factory of Fawer Automotive Parts Company Ltd with 60% to 40% investment share. The Company mainly engages in product development, manufacturing and marketing of steering columns in China.
Main customers are FAW-VW, FAW Truck, FAW Car, Tianjing-Xiali, Beijing-Benz Daimler, Renault Samsung Motors, Great Wall Motor, and Beijing Automotive etc. The annual production capacity is 2.4 million pieces currently. The Company fully devotes into development of safe, reliable and high-performance steering columns by implement the advanced techniques and business strategy.
