职位描述

Job Requirement:

1. Education: Bachelor Degree or above with majoring in HR or other related Management subjects.

2. Professional Experience: 2 years working experience in HR management

3. Language skills: Fluent English in speaking and writing

4. Age: above 30-year-old

5. Others: 8 years of working experience in foreign enterprises is preferred


Job Responsibilities

1. HR Planning

1.1. Regarding to the strategies of the company development, responsible for the analysis and statistics

about the current situation of Human ,Resources, setting up the working focus and direction, and

drawing up specific action and plan.

1.2. Assistance to the management in setting, analyzing and adjusting the organization.

1.3. Combining with the development plan of the company, analyzing HC requests, drawing up, tracking and

controlling the budget of the HR cost.

1.4. Improvement and establishment of the R&R.


2. Recruitment & Allocation

2.1. Responsible for the communication and cooperation between the departments

2.2. Responsible for the analysis to the recruitment and JD.

2.3. Responsible for the drawing up of the recruitment plan and procedure.

2.4. Monitor the completion of the recruitment requests.

2.5. Setting up and making full use of various of recruitment channels to meet the recruitment needs from

all the departments.

2.6. Keeping in well connection with top universities or colleges and establishing our talent pool.

2.7. Responsible for the improvement of the demission interviews for our analysis the potential reasons of

staffs' turnover.

2.8. Responsible contingency plans to strength the management to employees.


3. Responsible to improve the management of staff's labor contract and reduce the legal risks;


4. Compensation & Benefits

4.1. Responsible for conducting the Market Salary Survey .

4.2. Responsible for adjusting the salary plan, salary structure and salary system in accordance with the

tendency of the market salary.

4.3. Responsible for improving the welfare policy and conducting the social welfare insurance in

accordance with laws and regulations which are set by the nation, the local, etc.


5. Training & Development

5.1 Responsible for setting up the training system;

5.2 Responsible for drawing up and implementing the company training and development plan;

5.3 Responsible for analyzing the training requirement and setting up the training strategies;

5.4 Responsible for the tracking the effectiveness of all the training courses.

5.5 The selection of 1+1 training program, daily management and implementation.


6. Performance Appraisal

6.1 Responsible for the improvement of JD and setting up the corresponding Skill Matrix according to

the JD adjustment or job rotation.

6.2 Responsible for establishment and implementation to the appraisal system and related procedure in

accordance with the business development.

6.3 Responsible for daily monitoring to the achievement of performance appraisal.

6.4 Responsible for organizing the regular Employee Communication and personnel talk as well.


7. Employment Relationship

7.1 Active communication with employ, optimizing the personnel allocation implementing daily management

of the personnel development.

7.2 Responsible for conducting the annual Employee Satisfaction Survey and analysis from the survey

result.

7.3 Responsible for organizing employee representatives meeting and promoting the cohesion.


8. HSE

8.1 HSE's management and supervision.

8.2 Supervision to employees'security and occupational disease protection.


9. Management and supervision daily administration, factory infrastructure and relevant projects.


10. Supervision and responsible for the auditor to HR quality system.
