公司背景：
艾斯瑞（常州）机电设备有限公司，服务于欧美中小型企业，为其在华建立生产和运营工厂提供相关咨询和管理服务。目前为了支持常州武进经发区工厂项目的筹备工作，招募质量管理人才一名。

工作职位：质量管理专员

工作机会：
- 作为一名机械工厂质量管理专员，你将参与建立和管理新工厂的质量体系，确保产品的质量保证操作符合相关国际标准及国家监管机构所要求的质量和监管标准。
- 在常州新建工厂筹备过程中，你必须能够独立承担不同的质量管理方面的工作任务。

工作职责:
- 参与建立质量管理体系，获取相关质量和生产证书以达到中国市场的准入要求。
- 在日常生产过程中，与各部门人紧密沟通协作以确保达到行业规范和质量体系要求。
- 监督和支持生产过程，对其不断优化和改进以符合ISO的规范标准。
- 提供质量管理体系培训，不断地给运营团队提供反馈意见。
- 确保良好的客户服务和良好的质量管理团队生产力。

工作要求：
- 自然科学或工程类学士学位。
- 最少5年左右机械行业QA 经验
- 熟悉机械行业生产质量管理体系，详细了解不同的法规和标准。
- 很好的中英文书写和口语表达能力。
- 熟悉常用办公软件（Word, Excel, PPT）。
