'1、负责根据生产计划及时、准确的为车间配货
Deliver the components to production line with right time and right quantity according to production plan.
2、对即将进库的物品进行预检，并将不良结果及时通知相关人员
Pre-inspection for the coming goods, report NOK result to related persons.
3、严格按照定置定位，先进先出原则对物品进行保管
Locate the goods as labeled, FIFO
4、认真作好台账，协助控制公司物资不流失
Do well in account book and assist to prevent the property of company from losing
5、每月进行内部盘点，并出据报表。

主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
'－负责根据生产计划及时、准确的为车间配货
Deliver the components to production line with right time and right quantity according to production plan.
－建立工作日志，记录重点事项备忘
Create the logbook, record key items and notes
－对库存物资帐、物、卡的一致性负责
Be responsible for the consistency of account book, goods and cards
－负责每天及时、准确地关闭当日帐目并填好帐、卡。
Daily account closing; fill in the account book and card.
－负责根据月度要货计划的需求进行外协、外购件的催到货
Remind the suppliers of delivery according to the monthly order plan
－首件、首批认可物资的入库、仓储、发货管理，接到主管计划员通知后，库管员按照流程对该物资进行保管、发放及管理。
Log in warehouse, stock and dispatch management of initial part and first batch of qualified goods, after receiving information from the responsible planner, the warehouse keeper is responsible to keep, dispatch and manage such goods according to related procedures
－负责库房与供应商之间周转用重要工位器具的登帐及管理工作
Book account and manage the important material handling used between warehouse and suppliers.
－完成每日物资进库预检、报验和合格品的入库工作，并作好台账.
Daily pre-inspection, report the inspection and put the goods into warehouse and do well in account book.
－作好仓库物品的保管工作，作到定置定位，先进先出.
Do well in the goods keeping and locate the goods in the specified location and ensure FIFO.
－做好保管物资的档案卡，定额表的保管。
Do well in the card and ratio form keeping.
－及时根据发票摘取入厂送货单.
Hand in the delivery sheet according to the invoice in time .
－每月进行仓库盘点并形成记录，进而进行差异报表及差异分析
Stock check monthly and make record, report and analyze the difference
－负责建立协作件管理台帐，定期对外协厂家进行盘点
Create management account for outsourcing parts, regular stock check at suppliers.
－保持仓库工作环境的整洁和保管物资的清洁。
Keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
－负责按SAP系统的工作流程对所分配的物料进行扫描枪出入库操作
Responsible for using scanner to handle the material in and out according to the SAP working procedure.

任职能力及资格Required Competency & Qualification
"机械、物流相关专业中专以上学历
Technical second school or above in mechanical or logistic engineering"
基本的英语交流能力Basic skill on English communication
熟练运用相关办公软件Be good at related office software (MS word, excel，ERP)
"2-3年仓库保管或相关工作经验
At least 2-3 years of working experience as a warehouse keeper or related work"

ThyssenKrupp Presta (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (TK-PS) is 100% TK Presta Steering owned Company in China. It is located at Pudong Kangqiao Industrial Park with size of 40'000 square meter. Presta Shanghai was registered on May 31st, 2011 with total investment of 33 million Euros. As Asia Pacific headquarter of ThyssenKrupp Presta Steering System, ThyssenKrupp Presta (Shanghai) is responsible for management of Presta business in Asia Pacific area. Meanwhile, it is an integrated part of global sourcing activities.

Product portfolio of Presta Shanghai covers cold forging parts, I-shaft, EPAS system and Suspension product. ThyssenKrupp Presta HuiZhong Shanghai Co., Ltd. (TK-PHS) is the joint venture of ThyssenKrupp Presta and Shanghai HuiZhong Automotive Manufacturing Co., Ltd. founded on November 13th, 2000 in Shanghai with the capability of first-class product design, process and quality management, as well as great personnel, financial and material resources.
Main customers are Shanghai-VW, FAW-VW, Ford Automotive, Mazda Japan, DPCA, SGM, BBAC, Nissan, BYD, SAIC, DFL, ZNA, Volvo and Shanghai HuiZhong Automotive with 2 million steering columns sales volume in 2011. ThyssenKrupp Presta Fawer (Changchun) Co., Ltd. (TK-PFC) is a joint venture company founded on October 11th, 2003 in Changchun. The Company mainly engages in product development, manufacturing and marketing of steering columns in China.
Main customers are FAW-VW, FAW Truck, FAW Car, Tianjing-Xiali, Beijing-Benz Daimler, Renault Samsung Motors, Great Wall Motor, and Beijing Automotive etc. The annual production capacity is 2.4 million pieces currently.
