1 Bachelor in mechanical or process engineering or similar
机械或工艺工程或相关专业的学士学位
2 Good command in English or German
良好的英语或德语运用能力
3 Be good at related office software (word, excel, powerpoint,CAD)
熟练运用相关办公软件
4 At least 2 years experience of team leadingMin 2 years experience in automotive
ormachining manufacture industry
两年部门主管以上管理经验至少两年在汽车或机加工设备制造行业的经验
5 At least two years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company

岗位职责:
1、Process Support:
-Leads the storeroom and maintenance to achieve the relevant targets (Tooling cost, Tooling availability, Utility cost, Equipment availability, Meantime between failure, On time completion of tooling repairs, Improvement savings)
负责管理工装库,设备维修以达到相关目标(工装成本,工装、设备完好率,设备停机时间,工装及时维修率,成本降低)
-Responsible for analysis of equipment breakdowns, unstable equipment and unusual wear of fixtures & toolings and prepare report (Maintenance analysis report - monthly).
负责对设备停工、不稳定和工装夹具的非正常磨损进行分析,并做出分析报告(维修分析报告-每月)
-Leads the implementation of the KVP (Kaizen) proposals (when requested).
负责实施持续改进
2、Maintenance:
-Sets priorities for the maintenance team.
分配维修班工作优先级。
-Prepare and update with maintenance team and support team the PM schedule and categorize equipment.
准备预防性维护维修计划并与维护维修小组共同对其进行更新;支持小组执行该计划;对设备进行分类
-Regular prepare and update the maintenance project list and inform the head of department (monthly) (and categories importance of equipment).
定期准备、更新维护维修项目清单及设备种类重要性,并通知部门经理(每月)
-Prepare, update and regular check completion of planned maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly CIL’s by operators).
准备、更新、定期检查计划维修的完成情况(每日、每周、每月有操作者负责的CIL)
-Regular collect and update information about safety stock requirements for spare parts, fixtures & toolings of old JV machinery (incl. safety stock level and average usage /year). (Tooling report – quarterly)
定期收集、更新老设备的备件,工装夹具的安全库存情况(包括安全库存量,每年的定额)(每季度的工装报告)。
-Prepare the planning for area of responsibility (utility cost, improvement savings, EHS and personnel).
制定其职责内的规划(动力费用、改进节约、EHS、人员)
-Responsible for achieving maintenance group objectives (utility cost, improvement savings, unplanned downtime).
负责实现维修班组的目标(动力成本、改进节约、无停工时间)
-Collect data and provide calculation of team bonuses (monthly).
收集数据,小组奖金的核算(每月)
-Support and request the realization of the KAIZEN process and 5S/TPM on site.
支持,要求实施KAIZEN 以及5S/TPM 。
-Aid and maintain all the technical documentation by using the software appliacation"lisp".
使用"lisp"协助管理所有的技术文献。
-continually update the programm, software and prevent maintenance plan.
持续改进程序,软件及预防性计划。
-employee-planing (internal and external subcontructors) for fault clearance and maintain using the programm "Maximo"
preplaning maintenance with compliance of the maintenance plan including monitoring of all regulatory requirements
(Example: UVV--> means accident prevention regulations)
使用Maximo软件进行维修历史的管理,做好排除问题的人员安排(包括内外部供应商).根据维修计划包括例行检查要求更新执行计划.
(例如:UVV-事故预防规定)
-planing , performing and monitoring the rearrangement, update, modernisation, activation and evaluation
规划,执行和监控再安排,更新,模块化,激励和评估.
- plan employees qualifikation for internal and external trainings.
规划技术员从业质资的内外培训.
3、Storeroom:
-Leads the Storeroom group to achieve the relevant targets (Availability, tooling quality & inventory value).
负责工装库的管理以达到相关的目标(可用率,工装质量和库存量)
-Regular reviews technical standards & procedures for the management of the spare parts in order to ensure 100% availability.
为了保证工装100%的完好率,定期检查备件的技术标准和管理流程
-Collect information, prepare and analyze tooling cost report and support and implement improvements.
收集信息、准备工装成本报告及分析,支持执行改进
4、Personnel:
-Supports recruitment of new maintenance worker,performance evaluation,bonus calculation
支持部门招聘新员工、员工绩效考核及奖金核算。
-Continually improve teamwork (skill/training, motivation, morale, communication).
团队工作的持续改进(技能/培训、激励、士气、交流)
5、Other:
-Prepares and review maintenance and storeroom procedures regularly.
定期回顾维修和备件流程
-Audit housekeeping standards regularly (monthly).
定期审核现场5S管理的标准(每月)
6、Safety:
-Give suggestion and help on safety and health protection to company or factory management level.
为公司或管理层提供所有涉及岗位安全和健康保护方面的建议和帮助。
-Estimate the working condition and ensure the safety and health protection action plan to implement effectively.
评估工作条件并确保安全与健康措施有效实施。
- Implement safety responsibility.
实施安全责任制。
- Provide labor protection equipment.
提供劳保用品。
- Create safety target and make safety performance appraisal
建立安全目标并进行安全绩效评估。
- Issue order and take correction action
