职位描述：

Title: Hardware Layout Engineer

Primary Objectives:
To design and prototypes new products, specifically on matters pertaining to electrical components/electronic controllers and their application. A primary responsibility of this engineer is also to support supply chain of the appropriate components for new products based on cost, availability, and technological advancement and purchasing leverage

Major Area of Accountability:

Design, verification, specification, and qualification of, datacenter entironment and engergy monitor product's control systems.

设计、检验、描述数据中心及能源控制系统的条件
Using hardware development facilities and EDA tools, for development of products.
Maintain aggressive product development schedules.

使用硬件开发设施和EDA工具来发展新产品。保证产品开发日常的正常进行
Manage regulatory compliance and electrical safety, in conjunction with a Quality Assurance team.

管理安规认证及确保质量的保证
Work as part of a team.

和部门团队的良好合作
Work with minimal supervision.

无领导监管下的工作
Liaise with electrical component suppliers, in conjunction with the Purchasing Team

Education/ Experience:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical/Electronic/Automation Engineering or equivalent.

本科以上学历，电气电气、自动化等相关专业

2. 5+ years working experience, 3+ years direct experience with design of high speed processor or DSP circuit.

5年以上工作经验，3年DSP线路或高速版设计工作经验

3. Demonstrated experience with high speed processor circuit design, including processor support circuit design and component selection, signal integrity, prefer has the experience in EMI EMC optimize,.

高速处理器的线路设计，支持电路设计和组件的选择及完整信号，有EMI及EMC经验者优先

4. Demonstrated knowledge of schematic capture and layout tools such as Altium Designer or Candence.
