职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Assist in establishing annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing goal, marketing plan, cost plan;

2.Assist in developing department strategic planning, brand building and promotion plan, and goals in each stage of decomposition;

3.Assist in planning the continued development of new products;

4.Have certain fashion sense and aesthetic ability. Be good at observation and collection the market trend, and assist in implementing the design scheme decision-making according to customer's requirements;

5. Assist to establish and maintain relationships with both customers and factories;

6. Regular access to markets and factories, find and collect new ideas;

7.The research work done according to the department manager's requirement;

8. Responsible for the daily management of store personnel and sales;

9.Develop in-store activities and promotional activities to promote sales;

10.Provide feedback to the retail and management team, and to put forward suggestions for improvement;

11. Assist in the specific implementation work of the product development and production plan to ensure that the order quantity, quality,finish on time;

12. Assist in managing the sales and stock status of company commodities. Adjust stock structure and handle goods delivery procedures. Responsible for warehouse data with physical audit inspection. Fully responsible for the goods and materials management and daily management of the warehouse.

13.Complete other jobs assigned by the superior.


REQUIREMENTS:

1.At least 2 years working experience within the field of textile, Familiar with hosiery industry /PS or AI/ design is a plus;

2.Excellent sourcing skills and knowledge;

3.Good ability to solve problems and high degree of analytical skills;

4.Highly detail oriented, well organized;

5.Capable of working independently;

6.Can work under pressure and must be very aggressive in nature;

7.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese;

8.Team orientated, Self-disciplined and Honest;

9.Willingness to travel and work overtime. 举报 分享
