职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY:
The junior project manager will take part in the overall planning, coordination, control, communication and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with CREM´s strategy, commitments and goals. As junir project manager you will report to and work very close with our senior project manager .

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1 Take part of planning and implementation of projects
2 Take part of project tasks and resource requirements
3 Take part of developing full scale project plans
4 Manage time lines and monitor progress
5 Considering project cost in line with budget
6 Prepare and present project status reports to Senior Project Manager
7 Support and provide direction to project team
8 Prepare and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
9 Evaluate performance against defined project goals
10 Follow CREM C2C- and Project -Procedures

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1 Minimum Bachelor in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering
2 Educated / trained in Project Management
3 Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
4 Proven experience in people management
5 Good knowledge of project management techniques and tools
6 Customer relation skills
