1. Execute company’s strategy for overseas market, meet and exceed profit and volume goals; 负责公司海外市场战略,达成利润目标
2. Identify business plan solutions to meet defined new growth opportunities; 为新增机会定义市场计划方案
3. Take full responsibility of energy management contract terms and conditions, negotiation with customers; 负责全部能源市场合约、条款、议价
4. Improve and strengthen long-term relationships with partners and customers; develop and acquire new customer relationship in the assigned sales territory; 促成并加强与客户的长期关系,发展并新增新客户关系
5. Support all sales & marketing activities organized by company. 辅助所有市场与销售活动
任职要求:
1. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
2. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
3. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
4. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
5. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
6. Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
7. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
8. Communication
9. Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
10.Holds regular status meetings with project team.
11.Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
12.Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
13.Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
14.Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
15.Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
16.Technical Understanding
17.Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
18.Possesses a thorough understanding of our capabilities.
19.Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.
