职位描述：
Responsibilities:
* Create framework for Apps/Websites and design UI/UX best experiences from concept to launch
* Make prototypes for verifying ideas, experiences, designs, and also for referring to engineers
* Manage design process to ensure product delivery on time
* Create information architecture and wireframes that both meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience
* Document and communicate your design ideas to fellow team members, stakeholders, and clients
* Set Visual/UI/UX design guideline, principle and framework for the entire E-Commerce platform
* Share design best practices with other teams

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience UI/UX designing within complex mobile applications
* In-depth knowledge in iOS and/or Android mobile and tablet platforms
* Strong presentation communication skills and the ability to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
* Experience designing responsive Web experiences (bonus material: iOS or Android)
* Familiarity with developer/engineer tools and SDKs
* The ability to sketch and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage UX work
* Experience developing rapid prototypes
* Experience with project estimation and design vendor management
* Knowledge of the Scrum development process
* Experience planning and facilitating user research and usability tests
* Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed
