JOB TITLE / 职务名称: Packaging Process Engineer

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB / 设立该职务的基本目的
- For new products: to guarantee the optimization of the production process and ensure the new products can be produced smoothly in the factory
- For existing products: to solve productions’ problems linked with packaging, understand root causes and coordinate action plans between packaging developer, production, engineering, quality, purchasing and planning.

Academics:
- Graduate from Top Level University & with solid super degree education background;
Experience:
- At least 2 years in a similar position
- Basic material knowledge (PP, PE, glass…)
Personal skills:
- Good communication skills and efficient team work playing is essential;
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Motivated, Hard-working, able to work under pressure;
- Dedicated, rigorous, tenacious, honest, open-minded, proactive, result-oriented;
- Able to lead work groups

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责
Check that new products’ components fit the production requirements:
- Follow the projects under development from the brief on;
- Brief the different teams on the new components;
- share production constraints with development team;
- Check on site suppliers’ process, especially during first production;
- Approve defect range-boards with the supplier;
- organize industrial pre-runs and pilot runs;
- organize weekly meetings with internal actors to share information and follow action plans;
- Animate workgroups on packaging machinability requirements

Work with production to solve problem linked with existing packaging components:
- analyze problems and root causes;
- Define and coordinate action plans and industrial actors;
- Measure results

Approve pilot run and send detailed report to internal actors
Define components’ packing method with suppliers, according to industrial constraints and quality requirements 举报 分享
