Hotel Sales Manager 酒店销售经理

Main Responsibilities:
Acquires new hotel partners in responsible area according to HRS standard and priority, especially corporate demanding hotels, white spots, new opened or hot destinations hotels in different categories for both leisure and business purpose
Acquires meeting online and group online hotel partners
Proper guidance to hotel partner regarding hotel contents quality, i.e. hotel description, number of displayed photos, etc
Participates in local and international trade shows and events
Pro-actively acquire hotels to participate HRS promotions, e.g. banner, marketing campaigns
Assist to hotel partner and market manager in case of rate parity and availability issue
Interactive market intelligence collection together with market manager, i.e. price and competitor

Main Requirements:
Sound knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services. This is includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques
Sound knowledge of distribution channels used within the hotel and travel industry
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service
Skilled at establishing effective relationships with hotel partners
Fluent English both oral & written communication skill
