Trimble is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager, China to fill an opportunity in Shanghai, China.
Job Summary
The China Regional Sales Manager is responsible for actively managing all aspects of driving sales and revenue for the Weighing & Aggregates and OEM businesses within China. This role has no direct reports.
Primary Duties:
?Accountable for the overall sales performance including the achievement of revenue, profit and sales related expense budgets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
?Establishes appropriate short and long-term strategies to compete effectively in the current and future market, and drives execution of those strategies
?Builds collaborative relationships with key OEM accounts in China, leading to revenue generating, profitable alliances for Trimble
?Sets and manages realistic revenue forecasts.
?Delivers regular and accurate forecasts to the RDM
?Maintains close relationship and clear communication with machinery dealers on his territory
?Develops a productive network of distribution partners reaching the target customers and regions, delivering growing profitable revenues for Trimble and providing world-class service to end customers.
?Maintains strong end customer relations and satisfaction; proactively and diligently works to ensure customer problems are resolved quickly
?Regularly identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the market, specifically with competitors, and prioritizes market activities accordingly to generate high returns on resources deployed
?Proactively drives collection of information that aids in the development and improvement of products and services offerings and specific needs on his local market
?Inspires others to share their vision and support them to reach a common goal
?Coordination and planning of budgets, people and time management.
?Dedicated to improving results in working closely with local Sales Engineers

?Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field or in an industry domain (e.g. construction, survey…).
?Extensive knowledge of Trimble products, typically gained through experience with a dealership or an equipment manufacturer is highly desirable
?MBA is desirable, but not required.
?Experience in a sales marketing position is desirable.
?Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales management position
