职位描述：
Tasks/Assignment
1、Design and implement highly efficient and reliable automation solution to new projects
2、Communicate with supplier and work out a quotation for automation according to the solution; overview automation solution and balance quality and cost.
3、Supporting project team on automation aspect during NPI and Product transfer stage, facilitate assembly processes through the implementation of assembly cells and automated equipment to ensure meeting the development time-line
4、New automation line layout, installation and commissioning.
5、Provide technical documentation for project pilot run; draft out maintenance instruction for the machine and automation line
6、Provide training and coaching to production leaders for professional set up of lines and best practice in production processes.
7、Carry out trouble shooting to the special technical issues

9、Take ownership to sustain the automation equipment including preventive maintenance, spare part management, and continuous improvement in order to keep the machine running with high quality and efficiency.
10、Responsible for process parameter monitoring, insure MDS matches machine set up.
11、Source, select and develop potential automation suppliers and business partners
12、Close contact with EQ for technical issues
13、Monitor and maintain implementation of safety roles

Requirement:
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in automation or engineering (mechanical/electrical)
2、More than 5 years of solid working experience on automation line design, integration and commissioning
3、Proficiency in electrical, mechanical and electronic hardware/software designs and troubleshooting. Control software & systems integration, fixtures design and develop.
4、Good team player with excellent analytical skills, good paper work.
5、Proactive, self-motivated, excellent cross department coordination skill and good command of cost control, strong sense of responsibility and a team player.
6、Good command of written and spoken English, familiar with German is a plus.
