About ALTIOS China
ALTIOS China is one of the 16 subsidiaries of the ALTIOS Group. Focusing on the Mainland China, the China office supports operations throughout Asia while mainly working with the Shanghai, Hongkong and Singapore sister offices.
About the job
Outsourcing Accounting Supervisor will assist to be in charge of accounting outsourcing department. He/she will conduct the following tasks, including but not limited to:
· Manage accounting outsourcing department, ensure the accounting team to complete the accounting, tax declaration, and statistics report declaration on time.
· Audit and monitor team's monthly accounting, verify the customer's cash and bank balance, ensure that accounting team finishes various types of financial reports required by clients on time.
· Maintain existing customers, participate in new prospects development and follow up quotes to client.
· Provide consulting service related to accounting and tax to clients.
· Maintain relationship with tax bureau, industrial and commercial bureau, bureau of Finance etc; work closely with accounting firms, banks etc.
· Ensure accounting team to complete the enterprise income tax, annual audit inspection and joint annual inspection for clients on time.
· Optimize work process; improve quality of service, enhance work efficiency, control risks.
About the candidate
ü Bachelor/Master degree, specialized in finance or autid related, Intermediate title of accountant holder
ü Relevant job knowledge and experience (3 to 5 years minimum)
ü Excellent communication and management skills
ü Chinese native speaker with advanced Frenche and English in both written and verbal
ü Goal oriented and result driven;
ü Willing to learn and adapt with a Can-do attitude; Methodical, organizational and planning skills
