Responsibilities:
? Achieve sales target in assigned area;
? Implement promotion activity and new product launch in assigned area;
? Distributors and Dealers development and maintenance, ensuring distribution channel quality and quantity aligning with company goals;
? Keep good relationship with distributors and dealer and their rep and keep fluent communication and good relationship with all construction market;
? Monitoring pricing in retail market;
? Plan and implement appropriate trading promotion plans to ensure to delivery sales performance
Requirements:
? College degree and above, Major in Engineering is preferred;
? More than 3 years related experience in in consumer product sales management in similar industry, FMCG is preferred
? Good knowledge of product;
? High ownership to with good working attitude;
? Good skill to present company material;
? Good leadership and communication skills to different people
