职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
2. Have awareness of local relevant quality system.
3. Responsible for the daily general management of maintenance department
4. Responsible for the maintenance development for related maintenance processes, maintenance management system
5. Responsible for the recruitment, personal development and HSE issues in own area
6. Responsible for making/implementing/updating maintenance instructions, processes
7. Responsible for maintenance documentations management, such as original machines documents from machines supplier, repairing/preventive maintenance records of machines updating/modifications documents
8. Responsible for maintenance spare parts management
9. Responsible for making/implementing repairing and preventive maintenance plan
10. Responsible for maintenance cost budgeting/follow-up/controlling by total and by machines
11. Responsible for building up maintenance KPI and management system. Collect/follow-up/analysis maintenance information such as machines shut down hours/ rate and maintenance cost to make improvement or investment proposals
12. To participate investigation and implementation of machines improvement, modification, relocation and investment
13. To participate in the analysis of products quality problems which are caused by machines failure, take corrective and preventive actions accordingly
14. To complete other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirement
1. Mechanical or other related major, College Degree or above
2. Good English skill both in oral and written.
3. Able to measure actual machine parts and draw 2D drawings accordingly
4. 5+ years related working experience with at least 2 years maintenance management experience
5. Having big machines maintenance background including maintenance of CNC control system
6. Having the knowledge and experience of general maintenance management .Having maintenance software management system is a plus
7. Good communication skills and team spirits
8. Control and develop the team working efficiency and quality
9. Good computer skill
10. Having the knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001
