工作职责：

1、即时掌握新闻热点，独立策划及撰写微博主题及文案；有内容编辑等相关工作经验者优先；

2、更新及维护官方微博，根据公司制定的内容方向发布各种微博内容；

3、简历有效的微博运营手段，与粉丝做友好互动，回复相关评论；了解粉丝需求或负面评论并反馈给公司；

4、定期策划并执行官方微博线上及线下活动，提升粉丝关注度、活跃度和数量；

5、微博对手调查，关注并掌握其他微博产品变化等；

6、日常数据整理，分析数据效果，提交微博分析周报。包括微博推广效果，对微博粉丝的网络行为进行分析与总结，挖掘和分析网友使用习惯、喜好及体验感受。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，1年工作经验，有微博经营经验、网络策划、运营推广、媒体采编经验和市场工作经验者优先；

2、热爱互联网，并愿意积极尝试新媒体传播，对微博、SNS、博客、论坛等产品有浓厚兴趣和深刻认识；

3、有较强新闻敏感性和文字功底，可快速撰写新闻事件、产品描述、评测等文章具有策划及撰写女性主题的文案能力；

4、有线上活动策划运营经验者优先考虑；

5、具备良好的数据分析能力、语言表达能力、逻辑思维能力；良好的沟通能力和协调能力；有团队合作精神和极强的执行力。
