Customer & Channel Development Operations Officer - Logistics
JOB PURPOSE
- Report to the CCD Operations Manager, and responsible for handling of importation, logistics handling and communication with importing agents and inside sales in BKK office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and communicate with logistics suppliers on delivery plan and shipments.
- Co-ordinate with business partners on delivery of orders
- Monitor warehouse operation in SH service by 3rd parties and perform audit and provide report as required.
- Effectively manage the cost of Logistic service to minimize the cost of importation and delivery
- Suggest and propose service partners for better service and cost efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Chinese nationality with good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English. Ability to speak a working level of Thai is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, International Trade or Purchasing
- Good analytical skills and Computer-literate, and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint.
- Initiative and self-responsible and taking day to day challenge to be a learning and improvement process.
- Team working and good communication skill required.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in operation of Logistic service company, operation in courier companies or warehouse supervisor.
- Experience to work in KIS system
