Responsibility:
1） Leading the team to precisely maintain financial data in company’s system, oversees the reasonableness and accuracy of trial balance，also provide the team with appropriate method for accounting treatments in relation to some special projects.
2） Gathering and analyzing financial data of overseas subsidiaries, evaluate current business performance in terms of its financial ratios and indications.
3） Prepare and consolidate the financial statements for the group quarterly, semi-annual and yearly,based on HKFRS & IFRS
4） Analyzing and interpreting key performance metrics and financial results compared with budget. Business control through verification of Sales, OPEX & CAPEX against budget.
5） Liaison with external auditor for the audit report of both individual and consolidated financial statements, communication of the audit results, making necessary revisions in a timely manner.
6） Financial modeling for new business project.
7） Involved in company strategic planning, annual budgeting & forecasting.
8） Educating non-financial divisions on financial matters and how to interpret and impact financial results.
9） Other tasks assigned by CFO.
Qualification:
1） University Degree (Major in Accounting or Finance) or above
2） 8 years accounting experience
3） 3 years accounting manager lever experience
4） Be familiar with PRC & IFRS GAAP
5） Working knowledge of financial and ERP system(NC)
6） Fluent in both spoken and written English
7） Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership
8） Professional qualification is preferred(incl Associate Accountant, ACCA, CICPA)
