Responsibilities:
Responsible for relevant sales activities in assigned territory which includes of maintaining of existing customer, following customer order, exploring the new market segment, generating sales leads. etc.
Responsible for collecting the payment and promoting the customer satisfaction.
Sales target oriented and measured by the achievement of annual sales performance and other target assigned.
Following up the internal procedure for different tasks.
Develop new business during our target market through offering the right technical solution and offer package.
Manage the total progress of any new projects to mass production.
Conduct the analysis on the customer’s forecast and order information to make sure sales budget can be achieved.
To attend the related market activities like industrial show to market all the products.
To present the company at all times in the positive manner.
Qualifications/Experience
2 -3 years of experience in field sales or business development area. Previous sales background in rubber related products market, heavy duty engine parts, marine engine parts, power generation, mining, oil drilling equipment would be appreciated.
Flexible and able to regularly travel within China
Degree holder in mechanic engineering or chemical polymer
High results-driven attitude
Self-motivated, honest and team player
