职位描述：
Ensure that the global principles and guidelines are implemented in the staff planning process and that they are reflected in co-workers schedules by providing end users with expertise, support and training in scheduling in accordance with the People Strategy. Support the Staff Planning manager in administrative tasks associated with schedule creation and management. Contribute to the store's complete staff planning process from forecasting to the execution of the schedule by posting draft schedules timely, ensuring scheduled hours include planned absences and liaising on the development of final schedules with department managers in order to respond to co-worker, customer and business needs. Support department managers frequently to ensure the development, adaptation and improvement of quality schedules that are within the forecasted hours and have updated co-worker availability and skill levels. Responsible for following up the store staff planning process from forecasting (where highlighting commercial influences are taken into consideration) to ensuring schedules comply with all labour rules and internal requirements.
Identify possible improvements in the store staff planning process and escalate any potential deviation to the staff planning manager when the scheduled or actual hours exceed the agreed financial framework. Continuously monitor staff planning-related KPIs and produce schedule-related reports. Work with the staff planning manager to identify succesion in the staff planning specialist function. 举报 分享
