Our client is a world's leading global law firm, which provides sophisticated legal advice and services to many of the world's most dynamic and global organizations for more than 50 years.



Position: HR Supervisor/Manager



Responsibilities:



- Working with the account to implement the Firm's Human Resources processes and practices.

- Assisting on headcount & salary cost budgeting, and providing the monthly report to leading partner for headcount budget v. Actual comparison, and actual v. forecast movement;

- Working collaboratively with Regional Recruitment Institute to ensure recruitment and learning needs of the functional groups are met.

- Handling the global and national secondment, internal transfer in order to meet the staffing needs;

- Supporting the effective implementation of counseling process and performance management in the account, including organizing, facilitating and monitoring the probation evaluation, mid-year / year-end performance & salary review exercise and relevant employment documents validity;

- Supporting the account to set up and maintain the effective internal communication;

- Managing the exit procedures and taking the follow-up actions based on the exit interviews and the monthly turnover analysis;

- Managing the staff recognition and the staff discipline procedures;

- Developing and implementing the firm-wide people activities ;

- Advising and working out the people initiatives specific to the account concerned.



Qualifications:



- At least Bachelor degree holder;

- At least 5 years relevant working experience in multinational corporations in general HR function especially in recruiting and ER, working experience in a sizeable service firm is desirable;

- Mature with professional attitude and able to work under pressure;

- Familiar with labor policy and regulations;

- Strong project management and communication skills;

- Excellent written and oral English.
