职位描述：
工作职责： Responsibilities
1.负责公司备品备件的物流管理，合理安排、督促收料、存储、发料、包装、发货运输等日常工作，确保仓储物流作业的有序进行；
Be responsible for spare parts logistics management and arrange the daily work, including: receiving, storage, materials development, packaging .etc. Ensure the warehouse logistics operation smoothly.
2. 负责仓库物料出入的账务系统处理及核对
Be responsible to operate and check account system for materials in warehouse
3.负责物料出入相关单据备案，及时提交相关人员，确保账务日清日毕；
Be responsible to register relative receipts of materials and deliver to relative persons
4.根据当日物料出入情况，每日对库存、出货等报表进行及时更新，发送相关人员, 确保数据及时更新；
Update inventory, shipment reports and other relative forms in time and deliver to relative persons. Ensure update data timely;
5.辅助主管日常仓库管理，包括5S、安全等；
Assist the supervisor to implement daily management of the warehouse, including 5S, safety，etc.
6.与公司内部其他部门（如：生产，质量等）协调配合工作
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as production, quality etc.
7.完成上级交办的其他工作。
Implement other work required by management team.

要求 Requirement
1.大专以上学历，
College degree or above,
2.有化工厂仓库管理经验，
Working experience in warehouse management of chemical plant
3.有财会知识, 英语流利
Have accounting and financial knowledge and skilled in English.
4.能使用ERP或者SAP系统者优先
ERP or SAP operation experience is preferred
5.持有叉车证者优先
Effective forklift driver license is preferred 举报 分享
