分销渠道经理职位描述如下：
Distribution channel manager job description is as follows:

1、分销渠道招商：积极拓展线上线下（淘宝天猫京东微商）等媒介合伙伴招商并有效管理合作资源；
1、Distribution channels for investments: Actively expand the online and offline (Tmall、 Taobao、 Jindong 、micro business) and other media partners and effectively manage the cooperation resources.

2、根据各网络平台的分销计划，完成各项目分销目标，并收集分销数据及相关情报，编制各项目网络平台的分销分析报告；
2、To complete the distribution target of each project, collect the distribution data and related information, and prepare the project network platform distribution analysis report according to the distribution plan of each network platform.

3、根据公司确定的部门年度推广预算，拟定分销商线上推广计划，控制预算；
3、To develop distributors online promotion plan and control the budget according to the annual promotion budget of department that company determined.

4、负责线上推广计划，策划具体的推广方案（含站内主题营销方案及活动提报），并组织施行；

5、对大卖家及分销商等“重要客户”进行开拓、沟通与管理，制定市场活动方案，提升业绩；

6、根据各项目网络的销售计划及平台运营规则及标准，负责开拓和维护各网络营销平台关系；

7、对分销产品线进行管理，确保分销平台流程的畅通和规范的运作；

8、分销商的跟踪回访，协助分销商分析店铺情况，评估分销商的合作质量，建立相应的评估制度。

岗位任职标准：
Position requirements:

1、全日制大专以上学历，电子商务、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业；
1、Full-time college degree or above, with e-commerce, marketing, business administration and other related professional.

2、3年以上渠道销售工作经验；拥有市场渠道开拓及管理经验，分销活动策划管理经验，分销商招募管理、完整的项目管理；
2、3 years or above working experience in channel sales；with marketing channel development and management experience and marketing planning and management experience, distributor recruitment management, and complete project management.

3、具备良好的业务谈判能力、公共关系网络，丰富的营销策划能力和市场推广能力

4、有互联网分销平台招商经验，培训机构（微商/线上活动）、商会、协会、媒体（微信、微博、QQ、新媒体，熟悉社群营销运作）、等渠道资源者优先
