职位描述：

Job Description:

• Build product strategy for future diesel emission control technology with the support from global technical team;
• Manage daily product development activities from the points of resource, people development;
• Improve management system following TS requirement;
• Maintain and improve good relationship with other groups,especially application team and process team;
• Strength EHS culture as a group leader;
• Support line manager for budget;
• Provide technical support of catalyst design to application team;
• Support Process team for new product scale up;
• Frequent communication within JM global team;

Qualifications:

• PH.D in catalyst/chemical
• Work as a R&D team leader over 3 years
• Above 6 years work experience on catalyst preparation and process engineering.
• Background of Chemical Engineering, and catalysis chemistry
• Excellent experiment design and management skill and team development ability
• Excellent experimental data analysis ability and communication and presentation skill
• Excellent oral and written English skills
• Above 6 years experiences in chemical company
• Good teamwork spirit
