职位描述：
Job description / Mission
1.Book-keeping of core or non-core purchase invoice in ERP system
2.Responsible for inter-company AP reconciliation
3.Responsible for GL and sub-ledger reconciliation
4.Bank reconciliation follow up
5.Handle T&E claim and cash advanced process; prepare payment in E-banking, related booking in ERP
6.Upload or manual process payment in e-banking or check, make sure payment process is complete and successful
7.Foreign currency payment prepare and process
8.Monitor cash balance and prepare cash forecast
9.Assist to prepare all documentation and supporting for internal or external audit
10.Other accounting admin work, such as filing, VAT registration etc.

Experience Requirements
1.Experienced in accounting at least over 2 years
2.Good understanding of both Chinese Accounting Regulations and International Accounting Standard is essential
3.Be familiar with tax, experienced in external audit and annual income tax filing is priority
4.Knowledge sophisticated ERP system, SAP or Scala is priority

Knowledge / Educational requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
2.Fluent English in both writing and speaking
3.Good at operation MS Office system, especially at Excel
