职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities:

Operations Support:
Reach out to freight companies regarding air & sea freight solutions
Generating quotations for client moves
Drafting Costs from China and Overseas for Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
Updating data entry into our company’s global tracking system
Communicate with transferee to learn of packing/delivery satisfaction, problem resolution
Auditing vendor invoices for billing
Office Duties including ordering of office supplies, etc
Sales Support:
Generate Quotes, RFQ proposal opportunities
Preparing the survey guides for the sales team to present to our potential client
Work closely with internal customer service department
Maintain Sales Records and Data
Additional: Supporting team as required by necessity or by management

Requirements:
1-2 years’ experience. Recent Graduate is acceptable for right person
Mature presentation and eager to learn (with mentor guidance)
Problem Solver
Written and some spoken English
Team player with a winning attitude
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office software products (Excel/Word and Outlook)

Salary Commensurate with Experience
