工作职责：
Implement company strategy & sales plan, achieve quarterly & annual sales target.执行销售策略和计划，达成季年度销售目标。
Drive territory business by inspiring distributor and local partners in penetration of fresh end-user customers 引领业务，激励和鼓舞分销商代理商开拓新的业务机会（请注意是引领，而不是跟随）
Identify and develop non-BFSI industry/customer with great-fit application. 深化产品应用，发展非金融行业及目标客户。
Deal with area daily sales operations,负责所在区域的日常销售运作。
Manage partner’s credit limit, assist to collect account receivable. 根据公司政策管理代理商信用额度，协助收回应收账款。
Take ownership of territory for everything. 其它所有销售事宜。
工作要求：
Bachelor degree holder , major in business administration/sales & marketing, passed basic courses in sales skills/account management 大学毕业，市场营销或工商管理专业，通过基本的销售技巧及客户管理的培训。
At least 7 years sales experience(both direct and in-indirect ) at IT field, able to handle channel conflicts， 7 年以上IT产品市场销售经验，能够进行基本渠道管理如冲突管理
With competences of priority setting, planning，negotiation, analysis, presentation skills, result focus, initiative具备下列工作能力，如工作排序、计划、谈判、分析、演示、结果导向和主动..
Common English level (both written and spoken); 基本的英语说写技能，适应日常的沟通。
Common computer software skills (MS Office); 基础电脑应用技能，独立完成日常报表/报告。
Good communication and teamwork spirit. 表达清晰，思路清楚，能够与人协作。
Can frequently travel. 能适应经常性的出差。
