职位描述：
Sales Manager （Channel /Group） – Servimex
销售经理（渠道/团购）-苏瑞士家居

Job Description:
- Make group purchase plan of office and residential furniture according to sales strategy and target;
- Build database of potential purchase customers and maintain relationship (Such as Real estate / Hotel / Interior design company etc.);
- Regular visit of group customers to maintain relationship and increase sales;
- Maintain a constant updated file of group customers and the potential customers;
- Work with other departments to create and carry out group purchase activities to promote products;
- Responsible for products logistics, payment collection and after sales requirements;

工作职责：
- 根据公司销售策略及指标制定办公家具及家具产品的团购销售计划；
- 建立并维护（潜在）客户数据库(例如：房地产开发商/酒店/室内设计公司等等）；
- 定期拜访现存及潜在客户以维护良好合作关系并促进销售；
- 负责维护并更新客户资料；
- 策划并与其他部门合作展开团购活动进行产品促销；
- 负责所销售产品物流，收款以及售后事项；

Requirements:
- College graduates, major in Business is ideal;
- Minimum 3 years working experience in group purchase or channel sales of household products;
- Has existing relationship with potential group purchase buyer;
- Can work independently and under stress;
- Hard working and willing to work overtime when necessary;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Team player with good execution skills;
- Familiar with MS Office;

要求：
- 专科毕业或以上，商务专业为佳；
- 至少三年家居或相关产品渠道销售或团购工作经验；
- 具有良好潜在团购客户关系及资源；
- 可独立工作，工作勤奋努力并适应加班；
- 优异的沟通和谈判技巧；
- 良好团队合作意识，执行力强；
- 熟练使用MS OFFICE办公软件；
