Be an informal leader in one of H&M Production’s biggest teams

As a Business Controller, you will lead our business with insight to secure that H&M Production is the best in the world in delivering irresistible and sustainable fashion to all. We do this by balancing capability, capacity, price, lead time, quality, on time, all in a sustainable way

What will you do?

Work with all Brands within H&M Group for the China Region, which includes Cambodia, Myanmar and Vietnam
Set and execute a seasonal strategy for where and how we want to produce that is aligned with H&M Group global strategy
Secure long term growth of H&M Group by securing optimal production map in terms of where we want to produce to balance capability, price, lead time and quality, all in a sustainable way
Set short and long term activities and goals to secure that we are best in the world at what we do
Collaborate with other regions and share best practice
Set and follow up budget for the region

Who will you work with?

In this role you will join a dynamic and energetic team based in Shanghai. You will report to the Global Supply Chain Controller and you will interact regularly with Managers within Supply Chain as well as your colleagues based both locally and across the Globe.

Education And Experience Requirements

Master’s degree in International Business, Finance, Engineering or similar
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional work experience
Experience of studying/working in a foreign country is preferred
Experience of working with garments and/or supply chain is a plus 举报 分享
