PURPOSE/GENERAL SUMMARY:
Manage the reception of Mast Shanghai office, arrange bookings of conference rooms and other admin assignments


PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Operate the main switchboard and update telephone extension list
? Receive customers, vendors and visitors and maintain a comprehensive in / out registration record.
? Arrange conference room booking and maintain an up-t date record
? Responsible for handing out stationary, relative documents, sending and dispatching outgoing mails/letters for office floor
? Office & office equipment maintenance: Fax, copy machine, office waters dispenser and regular cleanness, and so on
? Receive fax and forward to certain receivers
? Assure the tidiness of the reception and conference rooms area, show a good image of company
? Other admin. assignments as needed


JOB SPECIFICATIONS (e.g. Qualification, Job Experience):
? College graduate in Admin Management or related subject;
? At least 1.5 years relevant experience in a Multi-national company.
? Related secretary/admin experience is preferred;
? Candidate with good computer skill is also preferred;
? Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese;
? Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
