职位描述：
1 .独立完成各项工程建筑及总图全过程设计任务；
2. 编制建筑设计任务书，参与对设计、施工、材料供应单位的考察与谈判；
3. 配合、跟踪设计单位施工图纸全过程，协助设计院与我司工艺设计的对接。对施工图进行图纸会审，提出成本及质量改进意见；
4. 协助造价工程师进行招标文件撰写及工程量核算；
5. 项目实施过程中，组织现场交底及施工质量巡查，协助现场解决土建施工技术问题；
6. 对设计单位发出的设计变更进行审核；
7. 配合报批报建相关工作；
8. 参加相关工程的验收、评定及质量事故调查、处理，进行技术指导。
9. 参与公司相关技术标准的编写及改进完善；
10.完成上级领导临时安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、具备建筑相关专业大专及以上学历；
2、具备建筑施工三年以上本岗位工作经验；
3、有总图设计经验；
4、 熟悉基本建设程序、材料、作法能等；
5、了解施工技术规范，吃苦耐劳，有良好的分析、沟通、协调能力。
