职位描述：
Job Summary:
Be in charge of the SEM account，monitor and analyze the keywords;
Be responsible for the company’s online advertising strategy, adjust the advertising implement according to the actual situation;
Be responsible for the website’s SEO, enhance the site exposure;
Develop and execute the e-marketing plan for China according to industry & end-user survey.
Track and analyze the results by Google Analytics, adjust the keywords according to their performance ( ROI, conversion rate ect.)
Plan and implement the online marketing campaigns, analyze the feedback data and summarize the report..
Continue to expand new channels, such as WeiChat, Weibo, forums, etc., looking for the new growth points;
Analyze the company's sales data information and cooperate with the product manager to send e-Newsletter regularly；
Update the website content timely, so that customers can get the latest information.
Enhance the website security and make sure that customers can use it without any problems.

搭建、管理SEM帐户广告后台，广告帐户日常监控，关键字的分析和投放；
负责公司在线广告投放策略方案的制定及执行，并根据实际情况适时调整推广方案；
负责网站的SEO，提升网站曝光度，增加网站访问量和知名度；
根据行业和终端用户需求，制定相应的数字营销计划
使用Google Analytics和其他相关工具跟踪分析投放效果，根据关键词广告的表现，通过分析ROI，转化率等KPI，对投放广告进行优化。
策划和实施网上营销活动，分析回馈数据，出总结报告。
不断拓展新的投放渠道，例如微信，微薄，论坛等，寻找市场获客新的增长点；
定期分析部门销售数据，与产品负责人一起制定newsletter发送计划并执行；
实时更新网站内容，使客户能够得到最新咨询;
确保网站安全，保证客户能够安全购物。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Familiar with Dreamweaver and other digital tools
3. Above 3 years general marketing experience in B2B or B2C environment
4. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
5. Fluent in written and spoken English.
6. Familiar with search marketing (SEO, SEM)
7. Effectively use website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to gain actionable insight and execute on discovered opportunities

所需条件：
1. 大学本科及以上学历

3. 3年以上B2B 或者 B2C市场经验
4. 会使用HTML语言和CSS
5. 熟练的英语水平
6. 熟悉搜索引擎营销
