Financial Analyst -Intern

Based: Shanghai

Scope of role:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the financial evaluation and pre-audit work for investment projects in the company. The position will assist in the management and organization of the entire project.

Requirements:

Experience in investment banking or audit fields.
Project Management experience is a plus
University degree in accounting or finance
Familiar with US GAAP and PRC GAAP
Oral and written fluency in Mandarin and English.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the actual business climate and culture in China.
Persistent in resolving issues in finding solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrates sales ability
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft office including Excel

Duties & Responsibilities:

? Perform pre-audit evaluation of investment projects including review of balance sheet reconciliations and margin profiles.
? Assist in the financial modeling by identifying and validating key business driver variables.
? Assist in the communication with potential clients and other stakeholders.
? Preparing supporting documentation for negotiation and presentation.
