Main responsibilites:
1.To evaluate technical risk and define if possible to give concession facing production line interruption risk; do same thing when critical feature is out of specification during incoming inspection.
2.To work together with production quality engineer, to solve problem happened when complete tool got assembled on line representing development.
3.To work on demand from BU marketing, to update the product as some countries have different guidelines or legal requirements or accessories.
4.To work with sourcing and production team, to figure out where the potential is to reduce the cost, by bring in new technology or innovation concept.
5.To work on request from EU partners, to steer for investigation to find out solution, to achieve the requirement from legal change.
6.To work on request from BU quality for customer complaint, to arrange analysis and find out root cause, and then work out solution for improvement.
Requirements:
1.Master degree of mechanical engineer with at least 2 years job experience or Bacherlor degree of same major with at least 4 years job experience
2.Experience in design and specifications of mechanical components and relevant manufacturing technologies. Advanced experience in plastic componnet design preferred.
3.Very good language skills in English and in Chinese.
4.The candidate must be a mature, initiative, independent and proactive team player and highly diligent.
