职位描述：
?Area: Geographically specified area

?Reporting disciplinary: Line Manager (LM) Retail Manager HAY APAC (RM)
            Functionally to: RM and/or Retail Designer HAY APAC
      o Give service to customers at all times when on store floor
      o Office based, 70% store visits, 30% office

?Styling and Store appearance:
            Visual and commercial merchandising:
      o In charge of all HAY store VM’s and its display in AOR
      o Plan, execute and follow up on VM visits in your AOR approx. 8 times a year
      o Coordinate your visit planner on monthly basis with your team and LM
      o Ensure shop appearance and all HAY store standards are followed by HAY Retail Design concepts and guidelines; including light, cleanliness, music and quantity of goods on the floor.
      o Plan implementation in each store when new collection/products arrive in advance and brief store VM and SM accordingly
      o Keep updated on collections/new designs/ Design cooperation/ product updates and care instructions by using all info tools, on and off line channels, public media and visiting competitors on a monthly basis.

?Retail Design:
    o Plan store floor plan according project details given and coordinate with Retail Design DK all relevant VM parts
    o Align product order list according RM/partner and Retail Development Manager special aspects given
    o Communicate to onsite team required actions in advance, prior store opening or project launch
o Re-plan floor plan on regular basis and updates of new products dispatch timelines

     o Keep updated on Nine United TAK and HAY history, set-up, Code of Conduct etc.
     o Support events and campaigns as well as daily routines with purpose and enthusiasm
