1. AIS & Exhaust System Responsible
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all Air Intake and Exhaust systems and components of the Engineering Unit; ensuring solutions, methods, process transferability, system and component standardization and resources/budget management. Coordinate a competence center that furnishes engineering services and competencies to the vehicle engineering organization.
2. To overview subordinates Design Responsible and Project Chiefs duties and tasks execution, on time, on budget.
3. Strong background of Air Intake and Exhaust Systems design & validation, familiar with engineering tools CFD, FEA, GD&T, FMEA, DVP/R, etc.
4. Familiar with Air Intake & Exhaust systems related emissions homologation and NVH regulation requirements. Multiple Programs Life-cycle experiences.
5. Familiar with components manufacturing process including air cleaner, air ducts, catalyst converters, mufflers, etc.
6. Familiar with AQP, quality tools such as 8D and automotive product development and problem solving processes.
7. Focus on program timing and Key Product Characteristic/Key Control Characteristic. Significant industry and competitive knowledge & experience.
8. Activity based costing experience.

Qualifications:
- Education: BS above degree in Mechanical/Engine/Vehicle Engineering.
- Experience: 15 years above experience in Air Intake & Exhaust Systems design and development.
- Skills & Competence:
1. Team Leadership, and excellent team worker.
2. Strong multi-level communication and networking.
3. Ability to manage program resources and suppliers within constraints.
5. Ability to create and implement Strategic Vision.
5. Ability to develop new process & procedures leading a multi-functional team in problem resolving.
6. Ability to negotiate across Departments within & outside of Engineering.
