职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 负责意向性投资项目的考察工作，最大程度的获得优势资源；为集团筛选有投资潜力及盈利机会的项目，组织编制项目可行性报告，对项目做出投资判断并协助公司会进行最终投资决策；
2、 负责组织收集国家宏观经济政策、PPP行业发展、市场竞争格局及市场需求动态
等方面的信息，建立内部市场信息库；
3、 负责与政府相关部门积极沟通协调、公关，为集团争取政府对新项目的特殊优惠政策；
4、 参与集团重大投资决策，就项目开发等方面的问题提供支持和意见；
5、 集团对外投资项目的融资洽谈和相关业务的办理，与各银行、知名企业、风险投资集团、民间资本等金融机构进行沟通与谈判，建立并保持与合作伙伴、政府职能部门、主管部门和潜在客户的良好公共关系；
6、 根据的资金状况与需求，制订并实施相应的融资解决方案并拓展融资渠道，测算融资成本与收益，制定融资计划，使集团的资金成本最小化；
7、 完成上级领导交办的其它工作。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，投资、金融或其他经济类相关专业;
2、具有5年以上银行、基金等金融机构相关工作经验者优先;
3、具有丰富的融资渠道和业内广泛的人际关系;
4、具有有良好的融资分析能力和判断能力;
5、金融知识扎实，熟练掌握融资流程和专项业务知识;
6、有较强的谈判技能，具备良好的沟通能力;
