职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
 
Talent Acquisition & Talent Development Part:
 
1. Maintain job posting, help to arrange face to face interview.
2. Assist to Intern/Contract Staff recruitment
3. Maintain monthly recruiting report, talent database, progress tracking etc., which is including data collection, information inputting & updating from HR BPs.
4. Support on Campus Recruitment activities.
5. Provide assistance to corporate leadership training/programs as well as China talent development programs, such as logistics arrangement, training evaluation, and data analysis as well as other follow ups.
6. In charge of yearly training refund with government.
7. Responsible for payment process and documentation filing.
 
Assistant to HR Director Part:
 
1. As HR Director’s personal secretary to arrange the working schedules & calendars, make travel arrangements
2. Personal administrative support for HR Director
3. Organize relevant events/meeting for HR Director, taking necessary operation support
4. Other add-hoc tasks
 
 
Qualification:
 
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 1-2 years’ related working experience in HR department
3. Good writing and reading English, good operation skill in office Word, Excel & PPT
4. Familiar with HR operation process with corporation working experience
5. Team player with strong self-drive and down-to-earth attitude
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
