职位描述：
Position Summary

This position is responsible the management of projects to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.

Responsibilities

- Has sufficient understanding of the business case, identifying client's needs and business opportunities
- Initiate project start-ups and lead plan / define phases for each
- Manage and deliver the project
- Conduct client relationship management
- Facilitates discussions with key stakeholders and management
- Manages risk and contingency to mitigate uncertainty

Experience and Knowledge

- Over 8 years working or advisory experiences. Experiences in area of corporate / consumer credit business and system in banking industry is mandatory
- Has a proven record of corporate / consumer credit business & IT system project experience and along with the customer facing and behavioral skills
- In-depth knowledge of business processes and solutions: consulting methods (e.g. Interview techniques, interpersonal skills, and business understandings), full lifecycle credit system implementation experience as team leader or project manager, and better with system implementation involvement
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
- Mature, proactive and committed
- Leadership skills. (e.g. team development, motivation)
- Good Chinese and English in speaking and writing, fluency in Putonghua is mandatory
- Willingness to work under pressure and for frequent travel
- Typically educated to university level (e.g. Bachelor or Master). Otherwise, may hold a relevant professional qualifications
