- Organize and supervise the cleaning of the ice cream counter to maintain sanitation standards. 组织和监督冰淇淋柜台的整洁以保持卫生系统的标准。
- Inspect and arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services if need be. 检查和安排设备的维护、维修和其他需要的服务
- Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained; 确保并持续向顾客提供高标准的服务。
- Coordinate the work and activities of staff, shift duties checklists, set-up procedure (Use of material, Rules, Tasks Forms, Opening checklist…) 协调员工的工作和活动,工作内容检查,准备程序(原物料的使用,规章,任务清单,开铺清单等)
- Train the new staffs and confirm the probation performance with HR Manager. 培训新员工,并且向人事经理确认试用期工作表现。
- Record information about inventory and health practices. 记录有关存货及卫生状况的信息。
- Propose new ideas to improve business ( products, new procedures, etc )建议新想法来增加营业额(产品和新的程序等)。
- Maintain budget and employee records; prepare the staff monthly duty roster and attendance record in collaboration with the human resource manager. 保持预算和员工记录;负责员工每月的排班和考勤记录,并和人事经理一起协调工作。
- Undertake daily sales report, receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, manage cash out and monthly petty cash. 承担每日营业额日报单,核对发票和销售金额,存款单,管理现金的支出和每月零用现金。
- Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service. 解决顾客对食品质量或是员工服务上的投诉。
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior. 执行上级分派的其他任务和职责。
Job Requirements岗位要求:
- English/French native speaker, Mandarin speaking can be a plus 英语或者法语是母语,中文能力尤佳。
- Previous experience of working in the food & beverage service industry at the similar level is required. 要求有餐饮行业工作的相关经验。
- Previous customer care experience essential具有基本的顾客关怀经验。
- Catering cost control and analysis ability具有餐饮成本控制及分析能力。
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill熟练的沟通与良好的人际交往能力。
- Able to work under pressure能够在压力下工作。
- Good Team spirit, Integrity, Humble, pleasant and smiling attitude and reliable in all tasks具有良好的团队精神,为人谦逊、正直、开朗、在工作中时常面带微笑并值得信赖。
- Good Physical Condition, and have the valid health certificate. 身体健康,持有健康证
