职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Managing Director on the accounting operations;
- Implement and continuously improve internal controls;
- Prepare the annual budget;
- Provide timely and accurate monthly financial reporting package and statutory financial report;
- Ensure corporate accounting policies & procedures are adhered to;
- Coordinate and support internal and external audit;
- Review the Accounts Receivable entry
- Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis;
- Perform the bank reconciliation on a monthly basis;
- Prepare cash flow forecast on a monthly basis;
- Review the Accounts Payable entry/Expense report on a monthly basis;
- Run payment/approve payment on the E-banking on a daily basis.
- Maintain the standard cost and current cost of the products on a daily/yearly basis;
- Tax filing on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis;

Relationships:
Reports to: Operations Manager - China
- Direct Reports from Cashier

Key Competencies (rank ordered)
- Excellent knowledge and practical understanding of local accounting standards and UK accounting standards
- Good knowledge of China Taxation law;
- Good knowledge of local statutory requirements;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;

Education
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related major;
