职位描述：
QUALIFICATION 任职资格：
1) Bachelor degree in major of engineering
2) At least 3 years online quality experience
3) Good of English level in spoken and written
4) Familiar with SGM, SVW/FAW-VW Quality requirements, ISO/TS 16949 system and VDA6.3/6.5 are preferred
5) Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, GD&T and check jig design are preferred
6) QC 7 tools is required, 6 sigma GB/BB is preferred.
7) Strong leadership and communication skills
8) Vacuum brazing or stamping knowledge

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：

1) Customer satisfaction support and relationship maintenance
-Quick reaction and customer service: 8D/Customer visit etc.
-QMS support---customer audit support
2) Advanced product verification and process validation
-Follow Modine APQP: TFC/STFC/CP/WI/MSA /PTR/PPAP etc.
-Project progress assurance from quality side
-New components quality assurance and supplier audit
-Gage design
-Advance quality assurance during product and process design phrase
-Gate guard from quality side
-Lead PTR audit and follow actions actively
-Quality document release and update timely and efficiently at every gate
3) Process monitor and corrective action
-Lead quality problem solving process from both customer complain and internal process
-Lead process/product audit and actions following: PTR/PRR etc.
-Keep quality documents (CP, WI, etc.) be updated on time..
-Supplier quality support
-Support for process capability study
-Trouble shooting and failure analysis: Scrap/FPY/MRB etc.
-Gage design/MSA
-Warranty support
4) Continuous improvement
-Follow MPS: Safety/Productivity/Quality/Cost/Delivery/Service etc.
5) Inspector mentorship
-Perform training as need
6) Safety and Team work
-Meet EHS policy of Modine
