HIG (Hella International Group) 国际管培生是一个为期18个月的轮岗项目，旨在培养海拉中国未来的技术骨干力量和管理者。在项目周期内，HIG国际管培生将至少在三个业务部门进行轮岗，并且有机会去德国轮岗三个月。海拉将通过为管培生设置不同的岗位任务和配备专业导师，以及安排参加丰富的培训课程，使管培生的核心能力得到发展、多样化的工作经验得以积累，为其在海拉中国的成功职业生涯做充分准备。


Job Description

1. Assist division HR head to drivethe horizontal alignment of objectives, work and communications across theChina organizations by working closely with HR Mangers in different locations.

2. Lead or provide strategic supporton developing new projects related but not limited on Organization Development,Learning & Development, Recruitment & Staffing, C&B, HRIS, etc.

3.Work closely with HR team indifferent locations to learn and understand HR tools, processes, data. Responsiblefor division HR data collect, analysis and regular reporting to variousstakeholders as needed

4. Identify the HR processimprovement opportunity, with proposed approach and implementation

5. Provide effectively supports tocontribute to the overall HR team strategies, plan and program


Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree, MBA / Master is preferred, preferred major in business and HR labor relations

2. Cooperate / cross locations HR experience is preferred

3. Good knowledge of operational HR work, HR polices and tools as well as laws and regulation

4. Good business sense

5. Ability to work independently under fast paced, complex environment

6. Good interpersonal and communication skill to interact with different level of leaders and associates

7. Strong ownership and reliable

8. Good team player with proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
