职位描述：
Main Responsibility:
1. Safety First – take all necessary actions to achieve 0 accidents and 0 OH; supervise and guide the production people to meet the safety objectives, conduct periodical EHS audit, like SMAT, and ensure the audit finding completion rate reaching 100%.
2. Customer Oriented - Lead to improve the product quality and services ratio such as deliveries, and minimize the customer complaints
3. Continuous Improvement –
？ Ensure overall production output meet targets on quality, productivity, waste & rejects and delivery commitment.
？ Lead to improve the yield, productivity, and OEE to manage the production cost;
？ Take ownership for capex, investment programs with partnering from engineering department
4. Team Management --
？ Manages the production supervisors and engineers to drive for operational results, coach and develop them
？ Walk the talk, Timely disciplinary and recognitions to all shop floor operators
Requirements:
* Typical Education Level 教育背景： bachelor degree or above majoring in mechanical, electrical, material, engineering, and/or equivalent discipline
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技：At least 3-5 years production or operation management in multi-national company
* Preferred personal characteristics 个性特点：initiative, results oriented, data driven 举报 分享
